Finding work at work

It’s the fact of life that nobody is ever satisfied with what he/she has. If you have too much work, you complain and if you have no work then you complain even more. Having no work and sitting idle in office may sound good but can really get on to your nerves after some point of time. But that is when you need the skill and art of finding work. You need to create work for yourselves when your boss doesn’t have anything to offer to you. The best thing you can do in this free time is learn. You can go around and learn the working and different aspects of the organization. You can even figure out the problems related to the people or the work and hence devise solutions to improve and enhance them. This will not only give you a job but will also benefit the organization and your next review to a large extent.
