E-mailing Tips

Emails, chats and online conversations have become a part and parcel of our lives. But there is severe difference between the casual and friendly emails and the formal ones. The mails that you send to your friends or family can be written the way you want to with slangs, abbreviations, etc. but a formal mail needs to be formally and properly drafted before sending it out. First thing that you need to take care of is the language, always keep it short, to the point and grammatically correct. Also, make sure the people marked in cc and bcc are the right people who need to get a copy of the mail. Check your mail twice before sending it because it is very important that the other person receives the same meaning as you’re trying to convey. Hence, be very careful while sending out the formal emails, as mails one sent cannot be undone.
