The dirty game of politics and manipulation is not only confined to the politicians or the government. It is such a powerful lock that has captured even the normal human beings in their residential and official settings. The concept becomes much more prominent in the offices, where there a set of extremely set of people, who differ from each other demographically, socially and even on the basis of intelligence. But handling these manipulations and bitching is not an easy task. Addition of humor, adopting a friendly approach and non-escalation of matters are some of the easiest ways that one can and should use for avoiding getting into the dirt and filth of all the politics. So adopt the Gandhi approach and you will always come out to be a winner.
