Meetings, discussions, group tasks etc are all part and parcel of the corporate world and the corporate life of a person. You are never given a choice of attending or not attending a meeting. But meetings also have certain decorum and a certain set of rules attached to them. The first thing that is required in the meeting is the preparation. You should never go unprepared for a meeting unless and until you want to make a complete fool out of yourself in front of ten other people. Also, punctuality and visual presentation is very important. Never ever be late for a meeting, dress neatly and appropriately and always greet everyone with a smile before engaging into the discussions.
